MJM Industries, a world-class contract manufacturer of custom overmolded cable and wire harness assemblies serving a broad range of industries, proudly announces the promotion of Mr. Joel Rozga to Vice President of Operations, and Mr. Russ Herbert to National Sales Manager. Mr. Rozga formally held the position of Engineering Services Manager, while Mr. Herbert was Senior Account Manager.

While serving in the capacity of Engineering Services Manager, Joel led the development of key production tooling and equipment and was instrumental in advancing the company’s product offerings including the M-series line of customizable M8 and M12 assemblies. As Vice President of Operations, Joel will be responsible for leading the Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Sales departments.
As Senior Account Manager, Russ has been working directly with MJM Industries customers through the quoting process, component acquisition, and to ensure their projects move smoothly through the production schedules. As National Sales Manager, Russ will be overseeing all sales and marketing efforts, managing outside reps, and coordinating attendance at industry trade shows.
