MJM Industries offers 0.5 mm–pitch, 31– and 41–position flat flex cables for flat panel display applications. Built using proprietary processes and 100% electrical testing, these assemblies deliver dependable performance at a competitive price. Their low–profile design and easy installation make them ideal for board–to–display and board–to–board connections where space, consistency, and signal integrity are critical.

Flat Flex Cable Assembly Features

With connectors overmolded in liquid crystal polymer, these assemblies provide enhanced ingress protection and long-term durability. The flexible laminated polyester ribbon design supports precise folding and controlled flexing, simplifying routing through tight spaces and complex layouts. Our flat flex cables are RoHS, REACH and WEEE compliant, and meet FPDI-1 and VESA standards.

  • Optional ZIF ends with traditional tape backing to mate with 0.5-mm
    pitch ZIF connectors
